The Iran War Catastrophe: What Will You Do When There is No Oil?

The world is about to change, fast.

The Iran War is something I have been covering here on Overcome Babylon since the October 7, 2023 attacks on Israel. This conflict between the West and East had already been predicted in Bible prophecy, written within America’s solar eclipses (from 2017-2024), and proclaimed through the double-blood-moon omens of 2025. I have written about all these things extensively in my books, and we are now living through the final phase that began on February 28, 2026.

The Fastest War in History?

It has only been about eight days since the Iran War restarted, and geopolitical analysts are already stating that this conflict has reached an unprecedented level of regional escalation in record time. As I explained in my very last article, every war ascends through a predictable escalation ladder of events, but this one is a little different. Because of the use of AI-enabled targeting systems, the overall speed of modern warfare has intensified more than ever. As reported by the Times of India, the US has been heavily relying on an AI platform called the Maven Smart System “to power through reams of classified data — from satellites, from surveillance, more than 150 sources in all — to figure out whom to target, and how. Faster than ‘the speed of thought’”.¹ This speed has enabled approximately 900 U.S. strikes on Iran within 12 hours of the conflict’s escalation, and this AI advancement is perhaps why Trump and Netanyahu thought they would have the upper hand and win.

However, the West has also decided to liberally attack non-military targets in an attempt to destabilize Iran no matter the cost. One such egregious attack took place at the very onset of the war when a girls’ school in southern Iran was bombed on February 28, 2026, killing over 150 children.² Also, as reported by Bellingcat News, at least 15 local police stations or similar buildings in Tehran were bombed between March 1 and March 3 (as seen in the photograph below).³

Bellingcat investigative journalists cross-referenced recent bombed bombing locations in Tehran with data on Google Maps, Open Street Maps and Wikimapia and discovered that several were listed as police stations (the red dots depicted above).⁴

Local police stations are not allowed to be targeted during a military campaign under the Geneva Conventions so long as they are not being actively used for military purposes. In this particular scenario, Iran’s missile launchers and underground missile cities are the primary threats to be neutralized by western forces, and the targeting of civilian police forces in Tehran, like the bombing of a girls’ school, are a violation of international law.⁵ Of course, such attacks upon police were made in an attempt to enable unrest and lawlessness inside of Iran’s capital to destabilize the country, which would facilitate the West’s desire for regime change.

Within the past couple days, the U.S. and Israel have further escalated the conflict by attacking more Iranian civilian infrastructure, namely oil facilities and water sources. Footage has been captured in Tehran where oil depots have exploded, causing what observers are calling massive apocalyptic infernos. See for yourself.

This footage was from overnight attacks, where it was reported that four oil depots and a petroleum products transport center in Tehran and the Alborz were attacked.⁷ In addition, the U.S. has also targeted a freshwater desalination plant on Iran’s Qeshm Island,^8,9 the largest island in the Persian Gulf near the Strait of Hormuz.

As reported by multiple sources, the attack on Qeshm has disrupted the water supplies to 30 villages. Even though Iran as a whole only depends on desalination plants for 3% of its total drinking water supply, the U.S. and Israel have created a humanitarian crisis in this particular area.

With all of these attacks on civilian infrastructure piling up, Iran has already responded in turn with major attacks all over Israel along with U.S. bases in the region. The missile and drone attack numbers are truly difficult to piece together at this point in time, and U.S. CENTCOM has been reporting different numbers than what the Iranians claim. The baseline U.S. claim is that Iran has launched over 500 ballistic and cruise missiles and 2,000 drones. Iranian reports via state media such as Fars have been higher, with about 600 missiles and over 2,000 drones launched at western forces.

After the Iranian oil refineries were struck near Tehran last night, Iran responded in kind with attacks on Israel’s oil refineries in Haifa. As reported by multiple sources, the skies over Israel were devoid of interceptor missiles, and Iran’s retaliation was successful.^10,11 Israel initially denied any impacts in Haifa and falsely claimed that all of Iran’s ballistic missiles were intercepted.¹²

Outside of Israel, the heaviest hit location has been the UAE, with around 221-229 missiles and 1,305 drones attacks as of March 7.¹³ Other Gulf states such as Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait have experienced hundreds more missile attacks. Iran has also effectively closed the Strait of Hormuz and attacked at least nine commercial vessels attempting to pass through.¹⁴

With regular exchanges ongoing, both sides are quickly climbing the escalation ladder unlike we have never seen before, and the war is now irreversible.

Trump’s Holy War

As I reported in the Overcome Babylon Telegram on March 3, we are witnessing a demonic theocratic mentality being pushed by the Trump administration—the same Epstein-blackmailed regime that is entirely beholden to Israel. Independent journalist Jonathan Larsen first reported back on March 2, 2026 that U.S. military commanders have told troops the war with Iran is part of a divine plan to trigger Armageddon and the return of Jesus Christ. Per Larsen’s report:

“A combat-unit commander told non-commissioned officers at a briefing Monday that the Iran war is part of God’s plan and that Pres. Donald Trump was ‘anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth,’ according to a complaint by a non-commissioned officer. From Saturday morning through Monday night, more than 110 similar complaints about commanders in every branch of the military had been logged by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF).”¹⁵

Larsen goes on to explain this dangerous blend of Church and State and how we have not openly seen anything quite like this in the U.S. before. All of the dangerous and evil rhetoric of Christian Zionism has suddenly become the foreign policy framework from which the current administration is leading the charge into the regime-change operation in Iran.

This development should be appalling to all true students of Bible prophecy.

In mainstream evangelical Christianity, there is a long-held perspective about a coming Gog-Magog war that will overtake the state of 1948 Israel. Within this framework, it is said that the current Zionist nation will be protected, blessed, and chosen no matter what. Nothing could possibly overtake or overthrow it. Therefore, by provoking the enemies of Israel to rise up against it, Trump and his radical evangelical base are being led to believe that Jesus will somehow come back to protect the demise of the nation. As insane as it is, this false teaching about end-times prophecy has now been used as wartime justification to supposedly usher in the 1000-year reign of Jesus Christ.

Again, all of these viewpoints are patently false. The “Israel” currently occupying Palestine does not qualify as the regathered Israel from all corners of the earth under direct and divine leadership of Jesus Christ Himself, as is required by the writings of the prophets. There are numerous passages of Scripture speaking about a future regathering of all the tribes of Israel, but take a look at this passage from Jeremiah:

“But do not fear, O My servant Jacob, And do not be dismayed, O Israel! For behold, I will save you from afar, And your offspring from the land of their captivity; Jacob shall return, have rest and be at ease; No one shall make him afraid.” - Jer. 46:27

The Scripture clearly says that “no one shall make him afraid”; yet we currently see that the counterfeit regathering of “Jacob”, or “Israel”, today is constantly hiding in bomb shelters and watching as their cities are reduced to ashes and rubble. Rather than ushering in the Second Coming of Christ, the Trump administration together with Netanyahu are actually ushering in the Archers of Elam prophecy of Isaiah 22—a central topic of Chapter 7 from my book, Bible Prophecy Secrets. This prophecy describes how the current state of Israel and its headquarters in Jerusalem will be destroyed and overthrown.

As far as I know, this is the only place on the internet that has been bringing you this analysis for years. While most of western Christianity and American evangelicalism has bought into the false invincibility narrative of the current state of Israel, the Bible’s message proclaims the exact opposite. The Zionist state will be overthrown, and we are watching this prophetic event unfold right before our very eyes.

Of course, Israel’s ongoing destruction has not stopped the propaganda machine and the false prophets from doing what they do best—deceive.

This video is from a prayer event on March 5, 2026 just five days after the new Iran War started.¹⁶ As you can see, multiple pastors are lifting up President Donald Trump in prayer, proclaiming blessings and goodwill on him. Keep in mind that this is after he ordered the thousands of unprovoked attacks on the sovereign nation of Iran when there was absolutely no threat to U.S. national security. Also keep in mind that these prayers were being uttered after he ordered the strike—with precision-guided missiles—on a girls’ school in Iran, killing over 150. This event was after he decided to attack Iran and in so doing destabilize the entire Middle East by creating the conditions for one of the largest refugee crises that we have ever witnessed, as Iran will be forced to attack desalination infrastructure of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in retaliation for Trump’s aggression. Millions of civilians are in the crosshairs of thirst, starvation, and death; yet these false prophets pray for the chief instigator’s wellbeing.

This reminds me of Ahab’s demise and the 400 false prophets of 1 Kings 22:6. In the ancient times, the king of Israel decided it was time to go to war and take some territory from the neighboring country of Syria. Before making his move, however, he decides to call up his prophets to make sure that he had God’s blessing. Here’s what is recorded:

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them, “Shall I go against Ramoth Gilead to fight, or shall I refrain?” So they said, “Go up, for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king.” - 1Kings 22:6

Ready to go to war and take some territory from Syria, Ahab was about to draw up battle plans. But, there was someone else in the room. Jehoshaphat the king of Judah was there, and he wasn’t convinced that the four hundred prophets were telling the truth. He wanted a second opinion, so they called up a man named Micaiah who was one of the few true prophets in the land. Listen to what he declared:

Then Micaiah said, “Therefore hear the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing by, on His right hand and on His left. And the LORD said, ‘Who will persuade Ahab to go up, that he may fall at Ramoth Gilead?’ So one spoke in this manner, and another spoke in that manner. Then a spirit came forward and stood before the LORD, and said, ‘I will persuade him.’ The LORD said to him, ‘In what way?’ So he said, ‘I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And the LORD said, ‘You shall persuade him, and also prevail. Go out and do so.’ Therefore look! The LORD has put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these prophets of yours, and the LORD has declared disaster against you.” 1 Kings 22:19-23

People often say there’s strength in numbers, but the Bible is oftentimes against this phrase. In the case of Ahab, he died immediately after he went to battle against the Syrians. Perhaps not ironically, he was shot by an archer and died. This is the same fate that is spelled out in detail in Isaiah chapter 22 against 1948 Israel, and Trump’s military will also suffer the same fate as I have explained in my analysis of Ezekiel 22 and the silver and dross prophecy.¹⁷

It won’t end well for Trump.

Just like in the days of Ahab, there is nothing Trump can do to stop what is coming.

A deceiving spirit has come and lied to his inner circle and his top advisors in order to bring about their ruin.

It is only a matter of time until Iran takes further action, and they have a few “nuclear” options on the table that will lead to the defeat of the U.S. and Zionist empire.

Iran’s Three Nuclear Options

With Trump (and Netanyahu) viewing this ongoing war as a holy and religiously legitimized course of action, Iran will be forced to use maximum wartime hostilities in order to decapitate and deter western aggression. I will refer to these maximum hostilities as “nuclear options”, just as I have heard analysts floating this idea around on the internet, one of them being Canadian Prepper. Last night, Nate (also known as Canadian Prepper) posted a very thorough and timely video analysis of the ongoing conflict with three possible “nuclear options” that Iran has on the table.¹⁸ I will relay the critical facts here from his 40-minute video while also adding my own commentary.

(1) First, though he admits it’s a long shot, Nate describes that one of the options Iran may employ is the use of a hostage crisis in which they ransack one of the many U.S. embassies in the region. Such a move would then perhaps allow a bargaining chip to slow down U.S. aggression and restore some sort of deterrence while an agreement might be reached. Again, Nate admits to this scenario being unlikely, and I completely agree. It’s just not the way the prophecies are written.

(2) A second and more likely nuclear option that we are already seeing Iran use is the targeting of oil and gas infrastructure throughout the region. More specifically, Iran will likely resort to attacking the infrastructure of all six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, namely:

• Bahrain

• Kuwait

• Oman

• Qatar

• Saudi Arabia

• United Arab Emirates

To varying degrees, all of these countries are in league with the current Zionist empire, and they collectively serve to prop up the U.S. petrodollar as one of its chief sources of financial backing. Unbeknownst to most people, these countries are also responsible for the recent artificial intelligence (AI) bubble in the stock market.

Two things that AI absolutely needs in order to work as an all-knowing system of surveillance, data collection, and digital payments are (1) infrastructure and (2) cheap energy. By trading oil in US dollars, the Gulf states have been propping up this dystopian system. They have also been reinvesting back into the stock market while pledging billions of dollars to support the building of AI data centers and infrastructure worldwide. Their abundant and cheap oil flows have been meeting the high energy demands that AI infrastructure needs while working hand in hand with the West’s desire for an AI-driven future. Together, Zionist empire and Gulf states had created a ponzi scheme and an AI bubble that some analysts speculate is the only reason why the U.S. stock market has not corrected or collapsed under the weight of reckless spending and mountains of incalculable debt.

Iran is now in a position to destabilize and overthrow the entire system the West has built. Not only has Iran already attacked three Amazon data centers in the Middle East¹⁹ (causing outages), but they now have their sights set on water infrastructure. Unlike Iran which has a variety of water resources, the GCC are heavily dependent on desalination plants in order to have a steady water supply to their populations. Without desalination plants, the desert region is simply uninhabitable. It cannot be overstated that the Gulf nations are hyper-dependent on desalination for drinking water. As reported by Turkiye Today, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia derive 90%, 86%, and 70% of their potable water from desalination, respectively.²⁰ If Iran chooses to target these water resources in full force, there will be a massive refugee crisis that has never been witnessed in the Middle East before. Europe will be flooded with migrants. Millions will die of famine and thirst. Even as it stands, the closing of the Strait of Hormuz has already put irreversible strain on the world’s oil prices, and inflation will steadily go up the longer that Hormuz is closed.

(3) Going back to Nate’s analysis for a moment, he also speculates that Iran will be forced to use an actual nuclear weapon as its third “nuclear option”. This more literal option is what the Bible has already predicted will be used in the days ahead. No doubt, Iran will have its back against the wall and will have no choice but to launch one final and massive nuclear attack against Israel. This attack could involve attacking nuclear sites such as Dimona in Israel. Iran may resort to using nuclear weapons in response to preemptive U.S. nuclear bunker-buster strikes (that are currently being talked about). It could involve many things. One thing is certain: Iran will resort to using at least one nuclear weapon that will kickstart what Jesus referred to as the “great tribulation” in Matthew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13. No More Oil?

No matter which way you look at it, modern life as we know it has an expiration date that is fast approaching. For decades the world has enjoyed the convenience of gasoline, liquid propane, and many petroleum-derived products. The vast majority of people cannot even imagine life without these things. But, the world is changing, and the sooner you accept this fact, the better off you will be.

The Four Horseman of the Apocalypse. As explained in Bible Prophecy Secrets,²¹ the first white horse was Covid-19 when the world was conquered without a single arrow ever fired. Now, we are approaching the fiery red horse of nuclear war, which will lead to the black horse of scarcity worldwide. Concerning the coming black horse, the scripture says: “…do not harm the oil and the wine” - Revelation 6:6

We are now approaching a scenario where the cost of oil will be approaching $150, $300, and $500+ per barrel. Though the price is currently being suppressed through the release of strategic oil reserves from the U.S. and China, there will come a time when they can no longer afford to deplete these reserves. The price is set to rise much higher in less than two weeks time, and that means we could be looking at an average price of $5 per gallon nationwide in the U.S. with prices eventually approaching $19 per gallon, should the war continue for months. No matter which way you look at it, the time to prepare is now, not later.

Repent of your sin (lawlessness), and choose to make Him the Lord of your life by walking in obedience to His calling upon your life. We are running out of time, and no one is guaranteed to live tomorrow. If you died today, would you be able to confidently stand before God and give an account for your life? Trust in Christ today, for the Scriptures say: “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord” - Acts 3:19

Repentance is just a simple prayer away.
